Depends on your manager also, some are better than others.

Not a lot of assistance in getting you clients and you must generate your own leads which is time-consuming and has a huge learning curve. They also promise a salary, but pay you hourly instead and working after hours is encouraged but they don't pay overtime, which is kind of shady
