A path for growth and success was clearly laid out from the beginning, and I've been able to achieve more than I set out to. I accepted this job out of desperation but have stayed because of the strong culture, financial freedom and unlimited PTO/flexible work from home policy.

-Free food/coffee. There is so much free food you will gain weight. -Great atmosphere. -Celebrate holidays with fun events/food. There is always something planned by the Admin team for everyone to enjoy and celebrate together. It breaks up the work months and keeps the office fun. -Open to options and considerations. I have obligations and a life outside of work, and I have changed my schedule slightly to help with my manager's approval. -Good hours with consistent work. It has afforded my family stability and freedom. -Healthcare is affordable and great. -Outreach to the community. During the holiday, CyberCoders partners with a lot of companies to help others in need. During the fires in California, we also raised money/items for families affected. We participate in blood drives. -Defined job description and responsibilities. There is never a questions on what I should be doing or what I can do to improve. I always know and expectations are not lost or misunderstood.
