Pros

-Ability to make lots of money -Ability to make lots of money (it's that much that it's worth saying twice) -Get to run your own book of business -Flexible work hours, once proven able to perform -Best recruiting technology out there!!!! -Directly compensated on the amount of work you're willing to put in

Cons

-Feel like just a number, need better work culture -Undervalued/Sink or Swim -Focused solely on $$ -Collaboration is not enforced/encouraged -The "CyberCoders" name is somewhat tainted from before the restructuring of how business is done

Pros

Free snacks/coke/coffee and breakfast (on Monday's) Fun events and parties to attend (if you earn it) CC hires fresh graduates! No experience is required here The people at CC are what make the company fun Casual dress environment This company is not a cold call shop but an email marketing company. So if you dont enjoy cold calling, you'll enjoy the emailing. It is a great place to learn basic sales and recruiting. You can learn a lot on how to run your own business.

Cons

The Base is a new concept to CyberCoders and it is below market value. The 50k base is what the draw used to be and that was installed over 10 years ago. 0 (zero) work life balance no matter what the managers sell you on. Overtime is to be expected. If you're looking to make 6 (six) figures you need to out produce others. As an interviewee, you have no choice in who your manager will be. The manager picks you, therefore there is no personality assessment to make sure that you're paired with a manager that is best fit for you and your style/need of work. Managers do take accounts away from you, so make sure to keep your personal clients on a tight leash. You have to bill over 400k in order to have an option or respect here at Cybercoders. Training is mediocre at best. Managers are soley promoted on production. Therefore, some managers don't actually have the management skills needed to lead a team. HR is #teamCyberCoders. If you go to them, they are looking for reasons to support the company and not the you the employee. From personal experience, complaints are intentionally not written down so that 'investigations can't be open'. High turnover everywhere.

Pros

If you are looking for a fun place to work Cybercoders is the place! They know how to party! that is the only pros I can think of.. so if you are a party animal join Cybercoders!

Cons

If you are new in recruiting industry I warn you "do not join this company". They throw you to an ocean full of sharks and ask you to save yourself! and then they give you three month to succeed, they dont care for you and would easily fire you if you are not making any placement. I left Cybercoders few months ago and joined another recruiting firm with better management. in only 6 months I managed to have 5 placement with reputable clients around the nation! be wise and choose a right company and I bet you will be successful in this industry!
