Pros
It's a paycheck - not a good one but at least it's better than working at McDonald's.
Cons
The following is not meant to bash or discriminate, but rather an encounter of my experience here since I started in July 2019: - The office is in the middle of nowhere Fort Worth. - Everyone gets the same salary ($50k) and you don't even get to earn commissions until you bill at least $50k - but they only give you 2 months to do it before you're put on a performance plan - Culture in the Fort Worth office is complete opposite from the California office - it's all work and no play (God for bid you socialize in that office, you'll be pulled aside and told to focus on your work) - The head of the Fort Worth Office is inexperienced, and untruthful - literally ask any employee that's there. Nobody likes her and she takes it out on everyone for it - EXTREMELY METRICS HEAVY! I came from Robert Half and even they weren't as bad with metrics as CyberCoders. If you fail to hit your activity metrics (regardless of billing) YOU WILL BE FIRED! It's happened to at least 6 people since they opened up the office in July 2019. They opened up the Fort Worth office in July 2019 and as of right now they have fired 10 out of the 12 new hires to open that office. In my experience there, they claim to not be metrics driven at all and that they are big on culture. THIS IS A LIE!! If you don't hit your weekly CyberActions consistently (regardless if you've closed deals) you will be fired. In the Fort Worth office, it is silent as can be and the moral there is HORRIBLE!! This place is not going to be around long in Texas. I know I sound like an angry employee but I just hate seeing good people get let go because of incompetence and self-centered management. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE
