Pros

Fun place to work. Electric bike, free food, pingpong table...Like it's one of those tech startups right out of movies and tv shows.

Cons

Make sure you don't leave your current job before you start with them. Call in sick at your current job until until you are sure you can stay. I asked a coworker if they were black and the HR manager thought what I said wasn't PC enough. So on my last day of training they said I wasn't team player and made the excuse that I didn't turn my HR paperwork intime as a reason to withdraw their offer to me. Funny how I left my perfecly good job to only be abandoned by them on the last day of training. When asked why...the said "you're not a team player". Which is funny, because I was helping everyone on my team during all of training. So make sure you don't leave your last job before starting training, cause if you do you, and they don't want to keep you based on a feeling they have...you will be out of work and won't be able to get unemployment. They basically double screwed me.

Pros

Technology, Growth Potential, Knowledge Share, No Micro-Management. If you are truly self-driven, this is a recruiters dream job because of the ability to work across all industries and anywhere in the country. If you are an experienced recruiter that loves evolving and improving, you will love it here.

Cons

None - they are great. Whatever weaknesses they have, they seem to be working on it.

Pros

- Terrific company culture - Free lunches on occasion - Free drinks and snacks daily - Nice rec room - No micro-management - You can basically make your own hours - Fun company events on company time (quarterly luncheons, annual beach bash and more during normal working hours) - Commission is pretty good - GREAT benefits including a 401k, 100% of medical benefits (health, dental and vision) is covered for the employee - Again, management does not micro-manage. Anyone who would say this has not had a position at a company that REALLY micro-manages. This company is great at helping you set realistic goals and meeting them. And rewarding employees who meet them with bonuses and quarterly competitions with fantastic rewards (electronics, double monitors, gift cards, thousands of dollars for vacation money and more). There is no chastising employees here. Essentially you OWN your business. Aside from monetary and tangible rewards for performing, self motivation is the key to success here :) - Great proprietary technology that assists you in finding candidates better than other recruiting firms - Very ethical. Since the culture here is really upbeat and positive, everyone has each other, candidates and clients best interest in mind. Honestly, it's a refreshing change from other sales organizations.

Cons

- Draw with 100% commission (if you can call it a Con. You start this job knowing that it is 100% commission and you will get a draw to start). Although it would be nice without it :)
