Pros

Agency Recruiting is tough, probably one of the hardest jobs on the face of the earth. Very few are cut out for this type of role. That being said. Best recruiting agency to work for hands down. Best technology, best culture, best parties. You can make a ton of money and the rewards/ perks are top notch.

Cons

Growing too fast, which (in my opinion) is hurting company culture. They are hiring people that should not be hired.

Pros

Do yourself a favor if you don’t want to work hard don’t come here BUT If you are the type of person who likes being in control of their fate and thinks like an entrepreneur –then this is likely your dream opportunity! Here's what you should ask yourself: Are you smart? Are you hardworking? Do you problem solve well? Do you have high emotional intelligence? Can you focus and self manage well? Are you relentless? As when you join Cybercoders, you're basically receiving the keys to your own business and most business owners fail…so it won’t be easy but is the risk worth it? Well if you answered Yes to those questions then your answer is likely YES because you'll probably do very well here. Here's what you can look forward to: Perks: $$$ The amount of money you can make is life changing Technology: We have the best Tech Team and Resources in the market - which is important as it's a Huge Part of how you'll be successful. Independence:There's training and metrics in place designed to help you monitor how your doing - but largely you're left on your own to manage your business as you see fit. Rewarding: Being successful at this Job becomes is extremely rewarding as you're able to be a huge source of positive influence to both your clients and candidates. Flexibility: If you love to travel - you’ll be hard pressed to find another company that has this flexible of PTO policy Culture: Cybercoders Spoils you! Super fun people - not to mention trips to Mexico - Weekend Retreats at the best 5 star hotels in OC - Quarterly Luncheons - Rainy Day Pizza + Regular Free Food + Lots of Prizes new MacBook Pro’s - $500 Gift Cards to the store of your choice etc.

Cons

This is a winning culture (Which is a good thing!) but it does suck when you aren't doing well. Be patient with yourself as you will be held accountable to high standards so be prepared to have moments of intense pressure – you need to be a mentally tough person as this is a sales job so just know if you fall behind on your metrics which will likely happen at times it will be stressful. Stay focused believe in yourself, follow the training and performance measures and know you’ll be fine. You will experience growing pains both on your desk and as the company grows – you need to be adaptable.

Pros

Great people, technology and opportunities to build real long term wealth and customers. After the initial startup period of 6 months to year of working very hard, you have set a great foundation for yourself. The people are fun and culture is laid back and collaborative.

Cons

If you dont want to work hard, this isn't for you. It's not easy, and the turnover that happens usually occurs in the first 3 months. Mostly it's people I think are lazy and expect things should happen for them without working for it.
