      Pros

      Autonomy to build your own desk and work with however many clients you want, wherever you want. No cap to income earning potential and if you work hard, are focused, and are resilient, you will do very well. The technology the company has built is also exceptional and certainly a blessing in such a competitive industry. In my particular case, my manager could not have been more helpful from the time I began working here. Incentives are fantastic as well :)

      Cons

      If you are not thick-skinned or are not resilient, you will likely not do well. You have to learn to roll with the punches and keep your head up always. Great life lesson actually.

      Pros

      The best decision I have ever made was to join an organization like CyberCoders. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. Where do I begin? CC gives you all the tools and training to be successful you can possibly imagine to be successful. It is a great work environment and we have a unique culture that allows you to be yourself. Not to mention, I have made more money this year than I have in my entire 4+ year career combined.

      Cons

      With growth in a sales driven organization, there will naturally be attrition.

      Pros

      Huge database of candidate resumes, phone numbers and email addresses. They spend a ton of money on posting job ads and premium linkedin accounts. If you have phone skills and work ethic you can make a lot of money here. Unfortunately, the culture they promote is an email marketing culture, rather than a sales culture.

      Cons

      Culture. It's one thing to hire people with no sales experience if they have the traits of salespeople and you are willing to train them on sales. It's another thing to hire people who don't have the characteristics of sales people and train them only to be email marketers - spamming candidates and further damaging the reputation of the company. The company has a generally poor reputation among candidates. You walk into the Playa Vista office and you are likely to hear nothing but the sound of keyboards clacking and maybe 1-2 people on the phone. It's dead and sterile.
