      Pros

      - Lindsay Larson is an amazing manager and a true leader, her expertise and professionalism are unparalleled - Excellent support from management and higher ups - Plenty of training and CE - Excellent base salary and benefits - Work life balance is promoted not frowned upon - Truly an all around good company to work for - Full remote work

      Cons

      - The job is simple, not easy, it requires a lot of work to get ramped up but the pay off is so much sweeter than any other "sales" position I have ever worked

      Free snacks (yippee), very casual dress code, free parking & lots of hipster prizes for production. Good place to work if you don't voice your opinion or want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, micromanagement & more micromanagement with constant focus on production $$$ drink the kool-aid or else. Check into what happened to the great people that started the company (*Lance & Heidi) before they started hiring sharks
