Pros
Really one of the best companies I’ve worked for during my career. I was at the company almost from it’s founding and experienced it’s sold rapid growth. The culture was one of professional growth. Many people did very well financial when the company was sold in 2018.
Cons
More to do with the industry sector. Government contracting has issues largely out of the control of the contractors themselves. For example government shutdowns and the like. Also, the government doesn’t always value experience and risk over cost. Contracts that awarded solely on cost experience high turnover and high employee dissatisfaction.
