      Highly organized/structured. Business Unit leader (M. Burke) highly believes in his people and strives for their individual growth.

      Cons

      Some of the leaders in the business unit are difficult to approach and speak with. It's common to hear that people don't hear back from their supervisors.

      -Corporate IT team was nice, very helpful, family oriented

      Cons

      -No clear objectives in the position -no telework -Very little framework instilled so had to create many procedures on my own -Once I left money was taken out of my final paycheck for the “Trainings” I completed while there
