ECS is working to improve its corporate culture in terms of learning and development, communicating with employees, and in other areas.
Cons
Managers not showing interest in their employee's professional development. Managers only providing performance feedback at the annual review. Unqualified people are sometimes sent to conferences, promoted, and/or spotlighted in corporate communications. Recruiters don't follow up on internal job applications.
