Everforth ECS reviews about "training"

A lot of the HR elements of the company simply don't work. Training logins or evaluation logins.

Job security was very unstable

As a contractor, I get very little direct interaction with my actual employer ECS. I think that's pretty normal though, and they're always available if needed.

The pay is not great and it is the same salary for everyone instead of based on experience.

For freshers I don't recommend, because there is no training for the freshers.

Can't really think of anything

There is a lot of work to do in my current project, however not so much a con -- just an opportunity to learn.

Very poorly run company. They have no clue what their employees actually do in each job, promises are made but then dismissed. Employees are treated like irresponsible children and no effort to keep employees are made. People quit on the spot. Very disappointing experience. No training and very few people have any prior experience in the job they are hired for therefore unable to assist in training others. Medical benefits very expensive, more costly to employee than average.

however the Pay is a bit little low, and the job repetitive.
