Pros

Culture and people are great. There is not as much of the toxic behaviors and tribalism you find at larger companies. Work life balance is good

Cons

Management doesn't lead or manage. Communication is one direction only, generally from the individual contributor. Pay and benefits are ok.

- They give developers lots of freedom when it comes to using new technologies and making design decisions compared to other places - They're always looking out for better tech, so work never gets repetitive - Coworkers are fun to be around and passionate about their work - Great work-life balance - Relaxed environment - Happy hour - Gym and wellness perks - Nice office
