      Pay is good and benefits start day one of employment

      Cons

      The management and supervisors are some of the most toxic humans I have ever experienced. They gaslight you in every opportunity. They show favoritism and reward bad behavior. The office is full of gossip and dividedness. Communication is terrible.

      Pros

      This is one of the rare jobs I have experienced where I feel my work is contributing to a great impact on our patients. The staff, too, help to realize our efforts in a way that reminds us of the value we bring to the operating room and the floor.

      Cons

      Very little that I can mention other than a few misunderstandings that can occur between staff. Nonetheless, it does not impact the overall satisfaction concluded by most staff members that have a strong work ethic.
