      Great organization. Have worked here 5 years and find the culture to be very supportive and employee friendly. Best place I've worked.

      405 traffic coming to and from the hospital can be heavy at times

      Pros

      Good pay, great people. Benefits were very generous and affordable. Good benefit choices were made available.

      Cons

      Meeting heavy environment. New CEO brought a change of all numbers and not about the employees any longer. Directors were not held accountable for mistreatment of HR employees.
