Positive, caring and respectful cultural. Patient and family focused. Staff care about one another. Leadership demonstrates the organization's values, they are approachable and strive to communicate and engage with staff. Evident by CEO Town Hall Meeting's. CEO is open, honest and willing to answer any questions that are asked.

Cons

While growth is positive, it is sometimes challenging to keep up with the rapid pace of the organization.
