      Pros

      No micro-managing; freedom to work independently. Nice environment and buildings. Friendly staff and co-workers. Able to make my own schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      No room for growth or education. Needed to learn as you go; low levels of training. Salary wasn't adequate for the work performed. Would often be assigned tasks not suitable for the position.

      Pros

      Love the staff and patients; beautiful facility that is frequently getting updates. There is a great selection for specialty care.

      Cons

      Management is very disorganized. They do not seem to listen to feedback from support staff on much needed process improvements. Upper management seems to turn a blind eye to issues below them. Support areas for patient care are chronically understaffed.

      Pros

      Great staff to work with, I enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers. Interacting with all the patients and visitors was a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Some of the tasks where somewhat mindnumbing, such as replacing all the tissue boxes/hand sanitizer bottles, etc. But that only happened occasionally anyway.
