Pros

Location , proximty to highway, patient care in a brand new building and decent benefits are an attraction. However it is not enough

Cons

Watch out. Leadership is quite incompetent and will never take blame on initiatives that they were respnsible for. EMR is a time sink. Try to do things on the cheap. Medical staff leadership is is incorrigible. They keep using declining revenues as an excuse to chop ftes. incorrigible directors who are into collecting titles.

Cons

When talking about the "downsides" of working at a company like Evergreen, it's important to highlight challenges in a constructive way. Here’s an example of how you might express potential downsides: --- "One potential downside of working at Evergreen could be the high expectations and workload, which can sometimes lead to increased pressure to meet deadlines and performance goals. However, this challenge also presents an opportunity to develop stronger time-management and problem-solving skills. Another aspect could be the need for adaptation to a fast-paced environment, which may require continuous learning and flexibility." --- This approach acknowledges challenges while emphasizing how they can be opportunities for growth.
