The doctors really do care for their patients.

Cons

Toxic environment in the clinics. Lots of gossip and backstabbing. Older employees feeling threatened by younger staff. There’s no breaks to be had in the clinics for staff, no time even though we attest everyday we take them. Pay is super low for the area. Management is not open to discussing problems in office, only want you following the policies regardless of how out of date some of them are.

Seems like physician leadership changes, its like a "regime change", a lot of disaffected staff leave or are pushed out. Some of this feels unnecessary and part of the culture to demonize and exclude versus to honor diversity of opinion/circumstance.
