      Pros

      The patients are great. The interventional doctors are superior. As a whole, the medical staff treats the patients very well and it's a pretty clean place.

      Cons

      The management only cares about profit How much can you do, how fast and we would prefer to pay you as little as possible. They spread staff pretty thin and new grads are preferred due to $. Their treatment of employees is like living in the hunger games.

      Pros

      The patients and their families were the only reason I would report to work each shift.

      Cons

      The lab management did not train the new employees properly and instead of correcting the problem, bullied the new and poorly trained employees, and encouraged the current employees to bully and ostracize the new employees.

      Pros

      The physicians were amazing and I love that we wanted to care for patients in the same way. To make them feel like friends and family and not just part of another Healthcare system.

      Cons

      New management took over in 2015 and wanted to bring in their own team instead of using the existing team so many people quit or transferred.
