      Decent Pay, kind co-workers, positive work environment

      Cons

      Not enough practitioners, too many new patients makes scheduling frustrating. Not fun being on the receiving end of angry patients who can't get an appointment until 3 months out.

      I really enjoyed my time at Evergreen Healthcare. Overall, the leadership was great and my team was an amazing group of individuals!

      Unfortunately, the wages weren't competitive enough.
