Pay is good and benefits start day one of employment

Cons

The management and supervisors are some of the most toxic humans I have ever experienced. They gaslight you in every opportunity. They show favoritism and reward bad behavior. The office is full of gossip and dividedness. Communication is terrible.

Large organization that provides a wide range of services in-house.

Cons

Being large organization it's easy to lost in the sea of employees. They are financially struggling and laying off many of their long tenured staff. Leadership is heavy on the micro-managing and taking the credit for others work.
