      Free parking, lovely campus, nice cafeteria

      Cons

      No managerial support. Beware of HR, know they will twist and use what you tell them against you. HR will also change their story from one day to the next. They don't want you to pull their heads out of the sand. They are counting the days until they retire and do not want to have to protect employees.

      Pros

      Evergreen has some amazing people that work there! The community and benefits were really the only reason I lasted there for two years.

      Cons

      Although there are great people, the culture is very much focused on productivity and ensuring they get every last bit of effort out of you without actually paying you a livable wage.
