Not overly supervised, flexible hours, good work environment

Cons

The more employees a site seems to have, the more drama goes on. Providers don't always seem to care for the patients. No room for advancement without specialized degree. Poor pay and worse yearly increases (I think we got something like 2% a year).

Pros

Great benefits and pays fairly well for administrative type jobs. Employee's are great and the managers really try to care and listen.

Cons

Political drama, previous CEO's didn't seem to really care about what is important in a hospital, mostly about numbers and not patient care. Managers get pretty burnt out and turnover often.
