Business Outlook
Pros
Decent benefits but perhaps less than ideal access and options. Also, if wanting privacy, having yourmown Docv outside of the system is always desirable. Otherwise, good place to work, great people, good clinical resources.
Cons
Too many shifts per annum required. Makes ;life/work ba;lance a little challenging. Also, a 5/5 on/off cycle is much more doable than the 7/7; anyone , after 5 days, is definitiely not at their clinical best after 5 days of 12 hour shifts.
