      After a number of years as a contractor, I chose to join EvergreenHealth as a full-time staff member – to demonstrate my tremendous respect for the organization, its leadership, values and commitment to care. I appreciate the level of professionalism, clinical skill and collegiality – the CEO who greets staff by name, the amazing nurses, the emphasis on our shared work and purpose, whatever our roles. This health care system is first-rate – as a place to work and to receive care. I’m all in for EvergreenHealth! Come work here, if you can.

      People who work her generally like what they do and want to make a difference

      Cons

      Small community hospital facing severe issues. Laying off employees left and right, cutting departments and hiring less qualified candidates to positions because they are cheaper. Word is that evergreen only 2 months of cash on hand and may go under.
