      Patient Care, New EMR System, Great Team Work and Communication , Allowing Overtime

      Management taking you off the schedule and not informing you, adding more Patients when we already said no more walk ins, Providers get a little upset about that

      Great team a lot of hard working health care employees on the floor.

      Cons

      Management. It’s all about those bonuses for them. Keeping the overhead down. So they run you into the ground and replace you with the next. The turn over rate is so bad there. To many safety issues and no one gets their breaks because they’ll have 2 docs and maybe 3 MA’s running 8 rooms and there is no cap. It’s insane. Not healthy.
