      Many kind people, from floor staff to management, pretty good benefits, true devotion to patients, and some people who really strive for transparency and improvement

      Cons

      Some really toxic people in HR and leadership- I can’t believe how often those people get to weasel out of responsible workplace practices, and the “good ones” just turn a blind eye.
