      Free parking, lovely campus, nice cafeteria

      Cons

      No managerial support. Beware of HR, know they will twist and use what you tell them against you. HR will also change their story from one day to the next. They don't want you to pull their heads out of the sand. They are counting the days until they retire and do not want to have to protect employees.

      Their residency program provides you with a well rounded knowledge base to be able to go out onto the floor with confidence.

      Cons

      Due to COVID and hospitals being overrun, it often felt disorganized. I would blame this more on current times though than management.
