      Pros

      Evergreen has some amazing people that work there! The community and benefits were really the only reason I lasted there for two years.

      Cons

      Although there are great people, the culture is very much focused on productivity and ensuring they get every last bit of effort out of you without actually paying you a livable wage.

      Evergreen runs pretty lean, seems chronically understaffed - but that's not unique to evergreen, it's just how healthcare is now.
