      Pros

      The Pro's are that when you work here, you do get a more hands on experience working with people. The Evergreen team really loves to help, and does it the best they can. They are resourceful and genuine. The main building has a real nice flow to it.

      Cons

      Do not get paid enough for all the work we have had to do... About $20 an hour.

      Pros

      The management is really good. They don't micromanage their employees and highly value employees' ideas. Everyone is treating equally regardless of position held. Overall, just a great place to work.

      Cons

      On call rotation definitely can take a toll on your personal life.
