      Pros

      The staff here is very good, caring and nice people. The pay is good with pretty good benefits. Unit manager is good and tries his best.

      Cons

      Often short staff, we work very hard, older equipment. Senior management not honest and look to work hospital like an HCA model.

      Disfunction and miscommunication from the start. HR refused to supply offer letter in writing. Benefits were poor and then HR skips out on new employee orientation of 85 people. No personal touch and lack of respect for employees. Forced to sign a legal document about following policies/procedures that weren't allowed to read before signing. Supervisor and manager argued repeatedly during interview. Antiquated DOS systems. So many red flags.
