Pros

I've loved working here. I started as an intern and have had different jobs since then. It's a great company with great benefits. You can have as short or as long as career as you want. Leadership is supportive and is developed on a regular basis. I highly recommend working for Evergy, especially at Wolf Creek.

Cons

As with any job, there are people who will step on you to get where they want to go and even though this is brought to leadership's attention, it's allowed.
