Pros

Had 2 different managers here(switched positions) and both cared about who I was as a person and if i needed time off they made it work. Company culture is "people first" and they actually keep that mentality in line with how the company is ran

Cons

departments are very siloed making finding solutions difficult as each department has a different idea of what should be done.
