Much respect for all of CEO, CFO and COO. Great group of leaders focus on shareholders, customers and employees.

Cons

An executive that has leadership of approximately 1,000 or 20% of employees is not empathetic and bring many cultural biases. Retaliates against employees and only uses employees that will support his agenda. Lacks inclusion in fostering employees with work experience.
