      Fast paced and exciting work environment. Excellent company culture that focuses on corporate and professional growth as a team. Executive team models and exemplifies company core values.

      Cons

      Might not be for everyone. Check your ego at the door and you can expect your teammates to help you grow through coaching and correction. People take their jobs seriously, but don't take themselves too seriously. Must like to have fun while working hard. If you are looking for a comfy remote job, this ain't it.

      Pros

      The team is wonderful! They are supportive and encouraging, while also maintaining healthy goals for personal growth and development. I am someone who appreciates constructive criticism and challenges for improvement. I loved being on this team full of people people, and getting an introduction to an industry I previously had limited knowledge of. This department is awesome if you value a positive company culture and want to take part in curating it.

      Cons

      There were opportunities for advancement, but they were pretty limited. The company (and department) is growing quickly, but being so new means there is room for much improvement and change through trial and error. I would like to see more focus on people care and retention in the future.
