      Confused and Disorganized Company with a Great Product

      Pros

      Great team of people with which to work. Very intelligent and fun.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic focus - changed monthly. Not responsive to customer needs unless very large client. Lack of experience in executing. Much more like a consulting company than a company that executed on sales, product, or partnership goals. Continual changee in the C-suite.

      Pros

      My favorite part of working at Everly are the people. The team I am a part of is motivated to achieve our goals together. We are always willing to jump in to support each other to deliver the best outcome. It is a rewarding to be a part of this group. If you are in Austin, you have a good balance with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. The office is cool and we have great snacks, lunches, and coffee.

      Cons

      The biggest con is my manager and some of my team are not located in Austin so would be ideal to all be in the same location. Would also say that at times working cross-functionally can be challenging since this is a fast-paced environment and feels like people have competing priorities.
