Pros

Can’t really think of many. Some fine people, but you can find good people in many places.

Cons

Poor management. Micromanagers disguised as VP’s. Excessive turnover, at least two RIF’s in 12 months. Poor forecasting, so poor that they would miss their forecast within a month of lowering the forecast. Their biggest problem is they really have no competitive advantage in the market. There really isn’t a catalyst for the business.

Pros

There are some cool coworkers, but they either leave or get laid off. The company started as a good idea but has slowly gone in a incredibly weird direction. I would advise employees AND consumer to stay far away

Cons

Low pay, micromanagement, incredibly unintelligent people in management, no clear direction of where the company is going, they don’t care about employees or customers
