Teams are mostly composed of talented, hardworking people. But let's be honest, that is not difficult to find at the IC level.

Cons

Heavy investment in product lines that have zero chance of success, and then regularly laying off (multiple times per year for the last several years) teams in of "AI efficiencies". Leadership heavily promotes a mission and purpose, and then build product that nearly exclusively chases luxury market trends.
