      Pros

      Peers are incredibly smart, effective, compassionate, and fun. Ample career opportunities due to higher turnover and junior team.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely toxic. Senior management sets poor strategy, micromanages, and is not trustworthy. Huge lack of transparency and dubious ethics. Leadership creates stress, does not respect work/life boundaries, and prevents those beneath them from working effectively. Initiatives thrust onto the teams below them are poorly thought out and will lead the company to failure.

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and excited about work. Had a lot of benefits for employees.

      Cons

      Need better products. Too much hype and not enough investment in products. Also management said no layoffs and then suddenly had a layoff, which is bad for transparency.
