-startup culture is not for everyone- priorities and resource allocation can shift a lot, slightly more sensitive to shifts in macroeconomic environment than a mature company, have to be ready to pivot at a moment's notice -some employees can work from home while others cannot -inconsistent amounts of autonomy across teams

Lack of humility in top leadership which negatively impacts the company culture on many levels. Business decisions rule over all else without compromise and medical experts are overlooked. People are not cared about or properly supported. Most teams are struggling with burnout, the structure is not sustainable
