      New hires will get better comp than current employees

      Cons

      Lack of humility in top leadership which negatively impacts the company culture on many levels. Business decisions rule over all else without compromise and medical experts are overlooked. People are not cared about or properly supported. Most teams are struggling with burnout, the structure is not sustainable

      - Flexible remote arrangements - Impressive commitment to DEI

      Cons

      - The work-life balance was very poor and largely unaddressed by the company - The higher-ups were out of touch with the toxic culture they were creating - There was the expectation of working evenings and weekends with little appreciation - Everyone's calendars were very meeting heavy
