Pros

Individual teams were great, and we worked toward a common goal, particularly during covid. And it was a very rewarding time. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Toxic relationship between sales, product , operations and fulfillment leads to infighting, lack of trust and ultimately the work suffers.

- Young and hip company - Remote work - Great mission

Cons

- Its very challenging to work for a startup as things are always changing. Sometimes system changes unknowingly negatively impact downstream business processes - Young workers mean lots of energy, but no one really has deep knowledge of the industry and regulations as it's a newer market - New features and services are not vetted enough through real-world scenario testing before being deployed. This is not the science of the test kits, I mean the process of processing accurate and timely data for large clients with very specific deadlines, data formats, security protocols, and large monetary consequences
