Everyone was friendly and excited about work. Had a lot of benefits for employees.

Cons

Need better products. Too much hype and not enough investment in products. Also management said no layoffs and then suddenly had a layoff, which is bad for transparency.

Pros

There were some of the most talented and energized people I worked with. I was able to learn so much and accelerate my career from my colleagues.

Cons

I felt that there was a lack of product market fit and constant change in direction of the company. It felt like whiplash each week, with uncertainty of what the future held.
