Pros

-They hire within a lot. Room for growth. -pay is competitive -progressive company with awesome CEO that is very active with all employees. Really, the executive team is amazing, unlike any I’ve experienced before. Corporate culture is among the best. -promising future, job security -Really great co-workers -flexible -good place to start if you need lab hours for chemistry and/or light molecular experience for certification.

Cons

-Major growing pains, work flows and procedure need work. -Assay development is still very much in progress. You will spend a lot of time re-analyzing large amounts of samples. You hardly ever have a day where all assays are working correctly. -About 50% of the supervisors know what they are doing. The ones that don’t are REALLY bad. They tend to put people in charge that have little to no experience. -Wouldn’t recommend to MLS/MLT degreed generalists. Could loose good lab habits and/or skills or may even get bored. There is only a chemistry and a light automated molecular department. -PTO gets denied a lot -There is a lot of waste within the laboratory. It’s kind of sad. Lots of room for cost savings.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for our EverlyDx teams. We strive for excellence in our lab operations and were recently recognized with CAP accreditation for our lab operations. Your experience highlights some key areas of opportunity. Under the leadership of our Chief Laboratory Officer, who was hired in 2021, we will continue to evaluate and work on our processes. Everly Health surveys its employees twice per year, and our CEO, Executive Team, and leaders within our People team all review the feedback received. Then, organizational leaders create action plans for areas of improvement. What you describe is not where we desire to be; we will continue acting upon the regular feedback that we receive from past and present employees to continuously improve. Again, thank you for sharing your experience.

Pros

I’ve been at EverlyWell, now Everly Health, for a few months now and it’s been such a breath of fresh air. They care about DEI, company culture, and respecting people’s work/life boundaries. Everyone works really hard too because they care.

Cons

Although there are many opportunities and activities to get to know people at the company better, it’s difficult to get to know everyone with COVID because everyone is so spread out and we can’t gather together in real life in a large group any time soon.

Pros

- This company is growing incredibly fast. - The very smartest people work here - You will very likely never have a career experience like this again in your life

Cons

- Half of the company has been hired during COVID, and adjusting to remote during high growth is hard - The pace is aggressive and not for everyone - I miss being in the office
