Pros

I wake up every day excited by the mission of this company and my team. In my other experiences we rallied around one element or another, but never around impacting the lives of our customers by fixing a broken system. The space is great and convenient to get to. I have the autonomy to make decisions and there is a ton of opportunity to stretch into certain areas. The coffee here is unbelievable. The leadership team is transparent with most all things, including financials and performance.

Cons

Communication comes from several different channels at times and slack can be very distracting.
