Pros

Many pros to working at Everly Health. These include culture, DEI, open and honest communication, managers that care, growth, stretch assignments and a team of co-workers that you will enjoy working with.

Cons

Every company has cons. They are truly specific to the person who feels they are cons. I don't feel there are any major cons to working at Everly. We are given the opportunity twice a year to provide honest feedback to leadership. If we feel something is not working well, this is one opportunity to give it if you want to remain anonymous. You can always tell your direct manager and/or their manager too.

Pros

Everly Health offers an generous employment package with a competitive salary, robust employee benefits, and generous perks for its employees nationwide. The company is filled with smart, passionate, and caring employees committed to the goal of changing healthcare for the better. Many of these employees have personal stories of poor experiences in our healthcare system, which leads to strong engagement, commitment, and empathy towards our customers. The company has SO much potential and the talent is extraordinary. The company is highly transparent and appears to be making the hard decisions for the company to be successful in the long-term.

Cons

The company pivoted its operating model to support the Covid pandemic and has a hard time evolving its strategy to support its long-term goals post-pandemic in an industry becoming more and more competitive. Combining this with multiple acquisitions in 2021 has led to various operational challenges with respect to headcount, resource investments, cross-functional collaboration, and product innovation. Many leaders advocate for their own teams' interests without regard to broader organizational needs. There are specific, high-performing departments struggling with resourcing who are asked to continue to cut, while other departments with more outspoken leaders receive everything they ask for (headcount, technology, etc.).
