Most amazing co workers (super nice and super smart), good pay, flexible schedule, caring/transparent culture. I’ve had many many experiences where the culture that is promised ends up just being something that is said but not followed. Everly truly cares about each employee and making sure not only customers have a great experience, but employees do too. So refreshing and I am so happy everyday that I took this opportunity.

Intense growing pains. So much happened in my year at EW. Went from 150 employees to over 900 after the acquisition. Startup pains but intensified.

Great pay, benefits, culture, and learning experience

Cons

Be ready to work really hard if you are a FT, salary employee. The company is growing quickly, so this is not a normal 9-5. Everlywell manages this well, and encourages work-life balance. You may have to put in a few extra hours a week, but VERY seldom, are people working into the night.
