Lied to get me to leave my former employer. I was told change was needed and that their was support for me coming in and making it. Turns out that was a lie. My manager at the time really wanted to prove his current processes were working that he just need more people. It was not. He was the prime reason things were so dysfunctional. I uncovered so many out of compliance issues it would make your head spin. I suggest you never give them any medical information or submit samples to their lab for this reason alone.
