Pros

Everly really cares about the people that work here. There are areas to meditate, time to focus, and stress reduction classes. The company is pretty transparent when it comes to how business is operating. There are always food and beverage available at no cost. Everyone is cool and friendly. Top level employees are accessible. We have true leaders and not managers.

Cons

The only thing that I would improve on is to give those who are not in an office and who do not have access to computers is to setup space for them.

Work from home, Austin office perks if you chose to go in (barista, lunch catered, happy hour), great medical benefits through BCBS, lifestyle stipend that pays for my gym membership, up to 10k of fertility/adoption charges through Carrot, friendly coworkers, informative All Company Updates at least once a month

Cons

The company grew quickly in 2021 with the 3 acquisitions so there were some growing pains which have been worked through
